About Peak3 Search
Peak3 was founded in 2020 on a conviction twenty years of searches kept proving: companies grow at the speed of their leadership. We stay deliberately small, work directly with the people who own the outcome, and treat every search as a reflection of our own name.
Andy Wilke
Founder
More than 20 years ago, I came into executive search from a trading desk and made some of my first placements in packaging, including senior Quality and Operations leaders. I loved the hunt, the deal, and the satisfaction of getting the right person into the right role.
I still love the work today, but I view success very differently.
What matters most now is the long-term impact of the decisions we help clients and candidates make. I consider it a privilege every time a company chooses Peak3 to represent its business in the market, whether that means helping a global organization build in North America, supporting a private equity-backed company through growth, or finding a leader who can change the trajectory of a business.
We take a long-term view of every search. In many ways, a search is never really over. Success is when a client comes back because the experience and outcome were strong. It is hearing years later that someone we placed is thriving, taking on more responsibility, or becoming a key part of the company’s success.
The relationships we build, the trust we earn, and the impact we can have on both sides of a search are what continue to drive me and the work we do at Peak3.

VP, Research & Search Execution
I’ve spent most of my career finding the people others miss. Before Peak3, I spent more than a decade supporting executive search assignments across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and consumer businesses, and I learned one thing early: great leaders rarely appear because someone posted a job. They’re usually busy building something, solving problems, and making an outsized impact right where they are.
That’s the part of the work I love. I dig into a market, learn how companies really operate, and find the people who don’t show up on a LinkedIn search. Today I work alongside founders, CEOs, and private equity partners to build leadership teams in manufacturing, healthcare, and other regulated industries where the stakes are high and the margin for error is small.
The best search work comes down to curiosity, preparation, and doing the work others are unwilling to do. Outside of search, I’m usually the person organizing the details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. That habit seems to follow me everywhere.
