Initial Phase: 0-2 weeks
- A deep dive into your business, team and the requirements of the role. Finalize the position description.
- Agree how the search will run, hold a candidate calibration session, and finalize target companies and candidates.
Research and Assessment: 2-8 weeks
- Source candidates
- Screen for required qualifications
- Assess each candidate against what the role and your team need
Presentation and Placement: 2-12 weeks
- Present candidates for your evaluation
- Coordinate interviews and offer activity
- Work with both sides to reach a positive outcome in offer and negotiation
- Onboarding and integration coaching for every placed candidate
